His experience spans national account management, market expansion, new business development, and leading high-performance sales organizations across U.S. and international markets.
A hands-on leader and certified Emotional Intelligence trainer, Eric works directly with individuals and teams to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and relationship management — the human skills that separate good sales organizations from great ones. His engagements blend rigorous sales strategy with the behavioral coaching needed to make execution stick.
Eric is a national bestselling author of BAR40: Achieving Personal Excellence and a Harvard Business School Leadership Principles certificate holder. As an adjunct MBA professor, Eric teaches leadership, strategy, and Emotional Intelligence, and has built a national thought-leadership platform through his monthly “Bar Talk” column, keynote speaking engagements, and media appearances. He holds an MBA from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John’s University.
He serves on multiple boards across the Lehigh Valley region and is active in his community as President of the Saucon Rail Trail Oversight Commission, a Parks and Recreation Commissioner, and a volunteer firefighter.
